Côte d'Ivoire /3e édition du SICEMA : le coaching à l’ère des intelligences artificielles

La 3ème édition du Salon international du coaching éthique et des métiers associés (SICEMA) se tiendra du 6 au 8 février 2025 à Abidjan, sous le thème : « Le coaching à l’ère des intelligences artificielles ». L’annonce de cet événement a été faite par Jean-François Yoman, président du Réseau international des coachs éthiques (RICE) et secrétaire général du Salon, lors d’une conférence de presse à Port Bouët, le vendredi 6 décembre 2024. 

Cette nouvelle édition du SICEMA mettra l’accent sur trois axes majeurs : réflexion, formation et transformation.

« Ce salon est une occasion unique de débattre de l’avenir des métiers du coaching à l’ère numérique et de mettre en lumière ceux qui innovent dans ce domaine », a déclaré Jean-François Yoman.

L'édition 2025 mettra un accent particulier sur les intelligences artificielles (IA) et leur place croissante dans le coaching éthique.

Selon M. Yoman, l'objectif est de transformer les mentalités et promouvoir une utilisation éthique des IA, afin de mieux accompagner les individus et les entreprises dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs de performance.

Au programme, des panels exploreront des thématiques variées, telles que l’intégration de l’IA dans l’éducation des enfants, la gestion des dynamiques familiales, ou encore la lutte contre les addictions numériques.

 Les participants auront également l’opportunité de suivre des masterclasses sur le « coach IA », avec une session pratique le 7 février. Par ailleurs, une plateforme dédiée aux entreprises permettra d’échanger sur l'intégration éthique des IA dans les environnements professionnels.

Le point d’orgue de cette édition sera le dîner de gala le 8 février, au cours duquel il y aura les Awards du coaching éthique. 

Parmi les grandes nouveautés, le SICEMA 2025 marquera la parution du premier numéro du magazine Coaching Éthique, une publication dédiée aux pratiques éthiques et innovantes du coaching. 

Il est aussi prévu une tombola qui offrira aux gagnants une année de scolarité à l’École de coaching éthique d’Abidjan, des formations gratuites au programme Guérir de l’intérieur (GDI), ou encore un séjour dans un hôtel partenaire.

Entre 2000 et 2500 participants sont attendus sur les trois jours, tandis que le dîner de gala réunira environ 300 invités.
