Le Premier Ministre ivoirien, Patrick Achi, a procédé le 5 novembre 2021 à Attecoubé (Abidjan) à la remise de clés à 2 183 souscripteurs des projets de logements "Lagoona City" de Locodjoro et "Cité les Orchidées" de Koumassi, réalisés par le Groupe immobilier marocain Addoha.

« Je suis extrêmement heureux d'être parmi vous à l'occasion de cette cérémonie de remise de clés des premières tranches des 2 183 logements sociaux et économiques achevés sur les sites d'Attécoubé et de Koumassi », s'est réjoui Patrick Achi.

Pour le chef du gouvernement, l’accès à des logements décents pour les populations, notamment celles issues de couches moyennes et modestes, constitue une préoccupation constante du Président de la République Alassane Ouattara et demeure une priorité pour le gouvernement.

A cet effet, un Programme Présidentiel de logements sociaux et économiques a été conçu, en vue de contribuer à la résorption du déficit de logements en Côte d’Ivoire. 

Dans la mise en œuvre de ce programme, le gouvernement a constitué une réserve foncière de plus de 2 000 hectares, en plus d'un investissement de plus de 100 milliards de FCFA pour la réalisation de travaux de voiries, de réseaux sociaux primaires (adduction d’eau, réseau électrique, bitumage de voies, réalisation des réseaux d’assainissement, etc). De plus, les promoteurs ont bénéficié d’exonérations fiscales d'un montant de plus de 355 milliards de FCFA.  

Aux nouveaux propriétaires qui prendront possession de leurs logements, Patrick Achi a dit partager tout leur bonheur. « Un logement, c'est à la fois effectivement l'œuvre d’une vie, un actif économique indéniable pour le  ménage et un héritage à léguer à la postérité », a-t-il soutenu.

Le Chef du gouvernement a assuré de l'adoption d'un ensemble de mesures pour apporter des solutions durables aux problématiques persistantes du secteur, afin d'accroître la production de logements sociaux et économiques dans le pays.

Les activités du Groupe Addoha en Côte d’Ivoire portent sur la construction de 25 700 logements dans le cadre d'une convention signée avec le gouvernement. 

A ce jour, ses sept (7) programmes immobiliers sont : BelleVue Resort (Prestigia), Cité des Orchidées, Lagoona City, Green City, Cité de L’espérance, Les Jardins d’Angré et Florida City, confirmant son engagement pour développer de nouvelles zones urbaines.
